The housekeeping staff arrives at 11 a.m. to prepare the house for the next guests. Extending your check-out time might be possible if prior arrangements are made. Please depart by 11 a.m. to avoid an additional trip charge by the housekeeping staff.
Please load and run the dishwasher.
Remove all trash from the home and place in the designated trash closet.
Pick up any trash left in outdoor spaces.
Turn off all lights and electronics in the home, and make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
It is not necessary to strip the sheets from the beds. Please wrap dirty towels in a ball and leave them on bathroom floor.
Please leave the pool pass key cards or wristbands on the kitchen island counter if one was provided. Failure to return these will result in a $50 charge for replacement. The association is very strict about issuing these passes to us and replacing them is costly.
