Within these clubhouses you will get to enjoy:
Hours of Operations:
Laundry Room: 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pools and Saunas: 9am – 10 pm, 7 days a week.
Fitness Room: 8 am – 10pm, 7 days a week.
Hot Tub: 8 am – 10pm, 7 days a week.
Locker Rooms: Men’s and Women’s separate bathroom with shower and sauna. All visitors are required to shower prior to arrival, dressed in appropriate swim attire.
Wrist Bands: In order to help regulate the number of occupants within the pool area and fairness for all owners, the use of reusable wristbands is being implemented. (2) wrist bands are being distributed per villa and must be worn and visible on guests at all times in the pool area. (Bands will be inside the unit when you arrive, but must be left before you checkout) Please do not take them off property!
Towels: Towel service is no longer provided at the pools. Any personal towels left behind will be disposed of. Bring your own towels. We will do our best to provide extra. Please remember to return with it and leave inside the unit.
The spa amenities can only be used if you reserve a service with The Spa at Norwich Inn for an additional fee. You can reach them at 1-800-ASK-4-SPA or online to make your reservation. But we do encourage you to walk the grounds, dine at the restaurants and shop at the boutique.

Absolutely no smoking inside the units. If smoking of any kind is detected, a fee of $250 will be issued.
The pools are seasonal and open May-October. The Jacuzzi is open year round! We ask and remind everyone to obey the signage and no consumption of alcohol. Simply, be respectful of others who may wish to peacefully and safely enjoy the outdoors.
As much as we love our fur babies, the association does not allow pets of any kind on the property.
Yes of course! Free Wifi will be available in both clubhouses and inside each villa.
Yes! With plenty of free open parking, these units are easy to access and not far from the parking lot. For those with limited mobility or anyone who can’t walk far these are ideal ground level units.
There is so much to do in the area! You can walk to both restaurants inside The Spa at Norwich Inn which include Ascots Pub and the newly renovated Kensington Restaurant.
Food from the Kensington Restaurant can also be delivered to your Villa or the Clubhouses for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

The Norwich Public Golf Course is also within walking distance, where some members of your group can play a round, while others can relax by the pools.
Mohegan Sun Casino is a 5 minute drive. Foxwoods Resort Casino is a 20 minute drive. Mystic, CT is also 20 minutes away!
We are accessible by plane, train, automobile and even by boat! We are less than a 25 minute drive from the Shoreline East train station located at 27 Water Street in New London. If you’re arriving by train or plane, and you don’t have your own car, Uber, Lyft and taxi services are available in and around the area. We are located just one hour from Bradley International Airport. The Cross Sound Ferry offers year round vehicle, truck, motorcoach, and passenger ferry service between Orient Point, Long Island, New York and New London, Connecticut. The New London port also offers day trips, scenic tours and ferry service to Block Island, RI.
Located directly behind The Spa at Norwich Inn. Using the same entrance into the spa, drive straight past the first stop sign and then make a right at the second stop sign. Directly in front of you you’ll see a stone divider with a sign for the club at Norwich Inn. You have now entered the property!
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Yes! Our front door keypad door locks can be accessed anytime after check-in.
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. A courtesy 30 minutes will be available in case you need a bit more time and or running behind.
We do offer early check-in or late check-out.. These are available upon availability. We will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:
